Karen Coetzee

Lead Assessment Consultant | Psychometrician

Karen Coetzee holds a master’s degree in Educational Assessment and Measurement obtained through the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education.

Her past experience entailed working with various regulators and their assessment programs geared especially towards internationally educated graduates seeking professional licensure in Canada.

Her expertise lies in the development and maintenance of performance-based assessment opportunities and formats such Objective Structured Clinical Examinations (OSCEs) and online multiple mini-interviews.

Karen has contributed to the field through several published research initiatives.

Tabasom Eftekari

Lead Assessment Consultant | Data Analyst

Tabasom has worked with numerous clients including regulators, credential assessment agencies and universities.

She has extensive experience and record of success in the development of assessment processes and initiatives related to the integration of internationally
educated professionals into the workforce.

Tabasom has championed several projects related to assessment such as the development and implementation of credentialling and bridging programs, logic models, and strategic planning, and conducted test security audits, practice analysis, competency profile development and blueprinting.
